Come Party With Us!

Explore, create and celebrate with us!  Select 2 – 4 activities from our list of party favorites for your child and up to 19 party guests to enjoy.  One of those activities will be an art project the children will take home as part of the party favor.  There is a different list of activities for different aged birthday children, and all are developmentally age appropriate.  When the art is completed, everyone moves into the party room for refreshments (provided by you).

A typical party for a 5 – 8 year old might include:

1. Scratch Art

2. Mask Making, clay project or painting ceramic piggy banks

Messy Artist Birthday parties include:

• All Art supplies, including smocks!
• Party Invitations
• 2 teachers

Pricing:

$320 for 15 children and $10 for each additional child; up to a maximum of 25 children. The birthday child is FREE!

You are responsible for setting up the party room (the room where you will enjoy your cake) with table cloths, plates, & any decorations you choose to bring when you arrive.  You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your party to set up & decorate the party room, & stay 30 minutes after to pack up your things.  You take care of serving your guests the food that you provide and clean up the party room when you are done.  You will need 4 rectangular table cloths.

The Maximum number of children we can accommodate is 20.

Food:

You may bring in, or have delivered, any food you choose to serve your guests.  You also supply all the paper goods.

Balloons:

We are pleased to offer helium filled balloon bouquet packages, to save you an extra trip to pick up balloons.  We have red, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple and pink latex as well as “Happy Birthday” Mylar balloons.  Just let us know how many you want and we will have them ready for you when you arrive.

$15 per dozen latex balloons, $4 each for Mylar balloons

Party Times:

5 year old parties are 1 1/2 hours comprised of 1 hour for the art and 30 minutes for the food.  Parties are offered on the following days and times, based on current availability:

11:00 – 12:30

1:30 – 3:00

4:00 – 5:30

6-8 year old parties are 1 3/4 hours, comprised of 75 minutes for the art and 30 minutes for the food.  Parties are offered on the following days and times, based on current availability:

Saturdays & Sundays:

10:45 – 12:30

4:00 – 5:45

Occasional weekday times may be available, depending on our class schedule.
