Class Confirmation Policy

  • Classes: You will receive a class confirmation, by email, prior to your first scheduled class. Please save this email, as is contains important information, as well as a list of class dates.
  • Other Programs: You will not receive a confirmation for these events.

Program Cancellation Policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel or change our class schedule based on the required minimum enrollment. You will be notified in advance of any cancellation or change. Any payment that has been made may be used towards a future class/camp or you may elect to be refunded.

Refund Policy

  • Classes: If you cancel before the first class of the session, you will be refunded the cost of the entire session, less the 10% non-refundable administrative fee.  Once classes have begun, refunds will be in the form of a Messy Artist Credit, and will be pro-rated based on the number of classes left in the session.  The Messy Artist Credit can be used for any future program, for any child in your family. Mini-camps, and other programs at TMA that require pre-registration are also subject to this refund policy.
  • Parties: A $100 deposit is required to secure your date when booking your party. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event of illness, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our or your control, you will be able to transfer the deposit to another date.

Make-Up Policy

  • If you miss a class you are entitled to a make-up. You must sign up online.
  • Make-up slots are first come, first serve, and based upon availability.
  • All make-ups must be completed within two weeks before or after your child’s absence, and must be done in the current session.
  • You may bring a sibling or friend to use your student’s make-up.
  • You can do your make-up in any other age-appropriate class.
  • If you cannot attend your make-up, cancel it online to make that space available for another student

Photo and Media Policy

  • For all programs that require pre-registration, we attempt to collect information as to whether or not we can use photographs of you and/or your child for promotional material and social media use.
